Your company's information will be kept in a secure database that is only accessible to authorized EVSU personnel. Rest assured, the information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used for research and improvement of our academic programs.
I have read the University's Data Privacy Statement and hereby express my consent for Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase, or destruct the company and personal data provided as part of this employer tracer study.
